Returns

Thank you for shopping with Hello Color.  While we strive to make your shopping experience easy and fun, we understand there are instances where you may be unsatisfied with your order.  We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and with any tags it arrived with. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please allow up to 7 business days for us to process the return once we have received it.

 

Damages and faulty items

Upon arrival, please inspect your order and contact us within 72 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

All items marked SALE or located in the SALE collection are considered FINAL SALE.  We cannot accept returns on FINAL SALE items or eGift Cards.

 

Exchanges

We cannot guarantee your item will be in stock to exchange.  The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to initiate a return on an item, and once the return request is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.  FINAL SALE items and eGift Cards are not eligible for exchanges.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll receive store credit for the refunded amount in the form of an eGift card. Please check your spam before reaching out about missing eGift cards.

We do not offer refunds to original form of payment.
